Horrible company and customer service.. Very unsafe and they do not have a proper system to track their trips. My bag was stollen by the driver and I got zero support from the customer service! Will never travel with flixbus again.

I left my wallet which contains my bank card, my monthly train ticket and my ID in #FlixBus, I was traveling from Paderborn to Hannover on Sunday, 16/09/ 2020. I contacted FlixBus and was told to fill a form online, I did that, I listed what is in the wallet, they told me they have something similar, is about 5 days now and I haven't heard anything from FlixBus, I tried reaching them, I went to the station and I was told is going to take 14 days for me to receive mine belongs. This is madness, this are somethings I need on daily bases, my ID, bank card and train ticket. I have done everything I could but they refused to let me have my wallet for some strange reasons. If anyone has experienced or went through what I am going through with flixbus please let me know and let make them famous for wrong reason. Do not recommend at all. On my ride the bus driver didn’t let me put my suitcase underneath, and as a result I had to hold it the entire ride so it didn’t roll into the aisle, something made more difficult by the fact that the bus driver was going really fast and the ride was super bumpy. Because of this I didn’t sleep at all and left my backpack on the bus. Their only way to retrieve lost/stolen luggage was through filling out a form on an online portal. After waiting on hold for twenty minutes to see if there’s any other way to follow up, the person on the phone line said that they get emails of people having lost water bottles, and need to give these people equal weight to those who have lost backpacks??? There is absolutely zero accountability here.

I need an answer that no one on flixbus is giving me. I need my refund from the month of April, and all they do is send nonsense emails. I need my refund!!
