Prashanth Balaji has also ventured into the events arena via the Envogue Events an organization specializing in corporate events, destination management, live shows and exhibitions in Dubai. Prashanth Balaji started off "Fleurs"​(floriculture export business) in early 2005 shortly after undergraduate degree in Business. Fleurs exported flowers from India to Malaysia, Thailand and other South East Asian countries. Under Balaj’s groundbreaking leadership that Fleurs became the first company to export fresh-cut Jasmine from India to New York. Soon after, Prashanth Balaj's success in copywriting the Jasmine Flower Process in India. Balaj's passion for Mining business came from his family of mine-owners in Southern India in early seventies. It was Balaj's hardship and Determination that transformed his Family mining business into Fleurs Group in late 2007 and, of course, he struck success, from market with high stakes in ferrous metals, base metals and gold businesses.
