Such a Bad Exprerience Never Again, Before taking your money they give you a 4 weeks delivery time by written. Right after having the prepayment they postponed the schedule up to 8 weeks with no information at all. If you wanna know what's going on the only way is to chase them. Now we are at 9 weeks and nobody knows and they do not answer to the email. It's a shame the way they behave This company is not commited, reliable and accurate at all.
If we could give 10 stars it wouldn’t be enough! We wonted to upgrade our heating system and after a long research found this online shop. Since our wish was to combine a solar system with a modern pellet stove, we contacted feuerdepot via email and didn’t expect too much. Boy were we wrong, in a matter of hours we were contacted by an expert, Mr. Meier, who gave us excellent advice and the best offer. We bought a beautiful chimney also. Ich habe die Bestellung widerrufen, Feuerdepot nimmt die Ware aber nicht zurück. Es wurde keine bestimmte Lieferadresse benannt. Hat die Annahme des Pakets verweigert und erstattet den Kaufpreis nicht. Ein Fall für den Anwalt.
Ich habe eine sehr unzufriedene Rezension zum Kundenservice geschrieben. Die Fertigung hingegen ist super, die denken mit auch ohne großes Theater haben sie Teile gefertigt, die passen, obwohl ich mich bei der Bestellung vertan hatte und der Kundenservice sich komplett gesperrt hatte. Daher für die Fertigung 4 Punkte
