My wife and I were on a driving vacation through Southern Germany with another couple. We were looking for reasonably priced accommodations with two bathrooms and easy access to downtown Munich but without the driving and parking headaches that come with staying in the city. This apartment checked all the boxes. It was also spacious, comfortable, very clean and well maintained. There were exceptional restaurants and a grocery store within easy driving distance and the local train station with frequent trains to Munich was an easy 7 minute walk away. Rupert, the owner, was very welcoming and informative both during the booking process and after our arrival. For those with limited German language skills, Rupert and his wife are fluent English speakers.

We had a lovely stay at this home. It is conveniently located south of Munich with the train station within walking distance. Rupert was very welcoming and gave us all the local tips on how to best enjoy our stay in Munich. The home is spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this apartment. We can't wait to return!

Perfect for our Munich vacation! My wife and I and our 2 daughters (9 & 12) stayed 6 nights in Apartment C. The location was perfect as a base while we explored Christmas markets in Munich and surrounding towns. New, modern and cozy with 2 bedrooms, separate beds for the girls, kitchen, family room with a very comfortable couch to relax on. The owners are fantastic hosts and provided great tips and recommendations to help with our stay. The train is a very easy 5 min walk from the apartment and only a 35 min relaxing train ride to the centre of Munich. A day transit pass for the whole family was only 16.10 EUR and can be purchased at the train stop. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay again if we travel back to Munich.

This is a fantastic house to stay in. The owners are extremely friendly with lots of good advice. This house is in a great location whether you have a car or not. We spent our first 3 days using the train to sight see around Munich and surrounding areas then rented a car and used this as our hub for farther trips. I highly recommend this to anyone!

Tried to book online, didn't receive any reply until I inquired about a week later. Was basically told to look elsewhere despite the website indicating the unit was still available.
