If there were zero stars I would give it. I would NEVER use this company to sell items. I consigned a lot of LV items with this store. It was an awful experience from beginning to end. Firstly there is no communication. They don’t answer emails. When I finally spoke to someone I then find out that some of my items had been sold. I had sold 1000 worth of goods and no one had bothered to tell me. Rudely they told me it was my fault as they had had no bank details for me. This was untrue. I had sent them the bank details when I had signed the contract. I left the rest of my bags/accessories with them to sell. After a few months and copious emails I again found out an item had sold. I asked for that money to be transferred and for the rest of the items I had with them to be returned. The postage costs for returning the itens were the EXACT same amount as they owed me!!!!!! Then they had the incorrect address/phone number on my package. The package was being returned back to them so I asked them to correct the address/telephone number with the courier. I got a nasty email back stating they had everything correct. They didn’t. I eventually received my items back. But they kept all of my boxs and receipts so if I wanted to sell them again I would have no authenticity receipts. I really am so upset about this. I am sure they will use these boxes (which were in great condition) When selling items to up the price. This was an appalling way to treat a customer. They may be nice as pie to customers who are buying their goods. But they would do well to remember that if we didn’t consigne with them they would have no business. There would be no Ewa Lagan. The prices they are charging are over double what they are giving to the customer who consigned the item.

Sehr sehr unfreundliches Personal. Bin um zehn vor Ladenschluss in den Laden gekommen und wollte mir eine Gucci Tasche kaufen die ich dort schon mal anprobiert habe. Ich wurde blöd angeschaut und mir wurde gesagt man schließt jetzt. Bei den Preisen kann man ja schon verlangen das man auch noch um zehn vor Ladenschluss freundlich ist. Desweiteren wird man sehr abwerten angeschaut wenn man nicht nur Marken Sachen trägt.

Wir wurden sehr herablassend behandelt, in der oberen Etage konnten wir gar nicht erst schauen, da die Verkäuferin alleine war. Man kann wohl nur mit Begleitung hoch... sehr seltsam und nicht zu empfehlen!
