In 2008, the European Public Policy Conference was founded with an intention to address the pressing challenges of today and possible challenges that may emerge tomorrow in the continent of Europe. After its inception, the event has been organized annually by Graduate students in the first academic year of their study, from the Hertie School of Governance, Berlin, and supported by Timothy Reno of the International Policy Leadership Institute. The conference offers its participants, a unique opportunity to interact with pioneers in the field of Public Policy and governance, through discussions and seminars. Stakeholders, scholars, and students attend the conference and are left enriched with not just new knowledge, but also new perspectives in tackling policy challenges that the society is faced with. The 11th edition of the EPPC will take place in March 2020, in partnership with the Vilnius University in Lithuania, on the topic of climate change.
