We were stayed there for 6 months between 03.2020 and 08.2020. The apartment is in a very central place in Esslingen am Neckar. The apartment was really comfortable. The only problem is the loud noise from the heater. Especially disturbing at night, but the installation needs to be renewed to solve this. I guess it is not an easy process in such an old structures, so I am excused. We are so glad to had such a good service from Mr. Greiner and Mr. Kraushaar.

Very good apartments for the state for a few days but also for longer periods. Everything is very new inside, or at least that was room 108. The location is very central, you have very close the old center which is very beautiful, but also the train station where you can reach everywhere. Find everything you need in both the bathroom and the kitchen, from the feather to the vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking utensils. A great minus is how to close the bathroom door. If you go with someone you do not have much privacy at the bathroom, which can be quite disturbing. The fan in the bathroom can not be stopped, so if the noise is upset when you want to fall asleep you will have a problem. So I recommend accommodating myself, although it is still an apartment. Another minus is the TV that has very few channels. Overall, however, it is a very good place to stay.
Avoid at all costs. They don't take care of their units. Doors are not maintained. Charge you to fix their problems.
