Ordered perfume and waited for so long that I’ve almost forgot I did that order. 15 days later I’ve decided to cancel it. What can I say: zero client communication - not even an update on whether the order has been processed in any way. The online support doesn’t work in the pre-given timeframe either, so you can’t trust the information they provide on the website. The woman from online support is either absolutely unfriendly, though I guess the attitude to clients can be seen from the responses they provide to negative feedbacks here... Money return worked fine. So if you decide to order and return money back, you can do so. From the experience I have I wouldn’t count on getting any product.
