I was received very well, I asked in English for all the information and I was extra pleased with the patience of the girl at the office, very kind and nice. I'm sure I'll be back for car maintenance when I have to. Many greetings.

Ernst & Lappe is a fantastic place to go find the right BMW or Mini for you. As an expat with little knowledge on how leasing cars works in Germany, Herr Yackley helped to explain everything for me. He spent enough time looking through all the options and eventually he found an option for a Mini that was perfect for my situation. Thanks a lot to Josh and all of the staff at Ernst & Lappe!

I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and throughout the years I've been at many dealerships, thus I have some experience. But this experience was something special, from the moment I've walked in the dealership, 'till one week later when I've picked the car, I was greeted with professionalism, fast responses to any question I had, in regards to the car itself or in regards to the financing method. The person who sold the car was Mr. Felderhoff, who is very very professional, straight-to-the-point and friendly, and seems that always had the right answer. So for me the entire process was a joy, and hassle-free. I would recommend buying a car from him in a heartbeat, as he's one of the best car sellers, I've had the pleasure to meet. And lastly, the prices, as compared to any other BMW dealership's, they are fair and reasonable. Plus you can negotiate the car or get some extra free stuff. Altogether, I would repeat this experience any time in the future :).

I took my 2001 325 cabrio in as it had a few problems and they sorted them out quickly and cheerfully. Being a dealership, they are a little pricier than independent garages, but at least they use decent quality parts and the pricing is transparent with no hidden surprises. They kept me fully informed throughout the process and were happy to help in English when my poor German let me down. Oh, and they did the TüV (or in their case, DEKRA) also which was handy.
