Absolutely unprofessional service. I gave them car which was able to move. After one month received a car, which wasn’t able to move at all. To release a car I paid 1000 Euro. The car was repaired by another specialist in two days. Nie wieder!

I had switched tires in two other ATU branches in the past and was shocked today by the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff in this branch. I set up an appointment a month in advance and arrived right on time. The clerk was very rude from the very beginning. I speak intermediate Deutsch and usually have no problem communicating with the cooperation of the counterpart. I politely asked her to please try and speak slower or with other words because she was talking extremely quickly, and every time I asked this, I received a shocking and angry face. She made zero effort to try and help me understand and kept repeating the same sentences quickly and repeatedly on purpose, even though it was clear that I don’t understand what she is saying. Eventually, I ended up asking other customers to help to translate. I later learned that her colleagues do speak English and she could have simply asked them for help, But she just had a very bad attitude and unwillingness to help. Zero in customer service. The car was supposed to be ready by 10:15. When I came back on time I learned that the work didn’t even begin because they required my permission to use new screws. Instead of simply calling me and asking (as always happened in other ATU branches), they put my car aside until I came back. Eventually, I waited until 11:20 for my car to be ready. Zero in professionalism. There are many other things wrong in this place and its service. It’s too long to write everything down so I’ll just mention one more. There is an improvised nylon foil (the one you buy in the DM for packing food) used to separate customers from the staff. It is only partly transparent due to foldings in the foil, so you can barely see the clerk. It’s a poor experience talking to nylon foil that doesn’t want to communicate with you anyways. I must mention though that I am in general pleased with ATU, this specific branch is however underperforming which is why I won’t ever go back there.

Last place once should go. After a breakdown my car was checked by A.T.U and they asked me to pay 200 for nothing. I had to get it towed to another workshop after one week. Rude employees and incompatible service.
