The most terrible customer experience ever! As many people have mentioned here, when I called the embassy, I was connected with the most unpleasant and arrogant person, who did not provide any help at all. He was annoyed and laughed whenever I asked a question and said that he has nothing to do with my query. When I asked for his name, he hang up the phone.

I used to live in Dubai, a nice place with super nice people. But for my bad luck, when I called the embassy, the most unpleasant inexperienced arrogant person answered the phone, whenever I asked him a question he was annoyed as if I'm asking him for something other than his job, and always gave half answers. I asked him for his name and he hang up. The security of the embassy are polite and they're the one who gave me the number and told me what to ask for. But to the unpolite person behind the telephone, I hope they change you as soon as possible...

i just want to understand y am not allowed to stay for5 hours Transit in Dubai Airport in my way to Malaysia just because I have a Travel Document even so I have already booked my ticket on Flay Emirates. Country like Malaysia allowed me to go in but Emirates don’t allowed me to stay in the airport just for 5 Hours this so rude and wasting my time.

I was here twice already and both times same story0 Rude guy at the reception desk unwilling to help or explain anything asked, silly comments about my nationality, worst embassy experience in my life. What's suppose to be an easy papers ratification turns out into everlasting nightmare
