They do not answer the phone. ordered something online, asked for cancellation of my order, they sent the object anyway and took my money, the object arrived and even though I tried to contact them for giving the object back they didn't answer and even calling them on the phone is not possible because they don't pick up. I just have a few days left to return the object, and I don't know how to solve this situation.

Don’t let the old building fool you, Euronics and Elasser is a gold mine of great deals and great electronics. While Euronics/Elasser may not have the extensive selection that Media Markt offers, Euronics/Elasser’s inexpensive prices compared to Media Markt is what sets Euronics/Elasser apart. However, this review is going to focus expressly on customer service, which I would rate far above Media Markt and the Apple store in Einkaufscenter Breuningerland Sindelfingen. I went into Euronics/Elasser looking for a CD/DVD cleaner to fix my MacBook Snow Leopard installation DVD. I ran into Julian Peters, who took time out to build a recovery USB stick for me, which only cost me the price of a USB stick. I went home and tried it, however it didn’t work. I went back to Julian, who took time out of his day to work through the difficulties of my MacBook. USB didn’t work, so he tried to clone the OS of another MacBook. That didn’t work, so he took out the hard drive and hooked it up to another Mac and directly installed the OS on my hard drive. In the end, my MacBook was fixed, thanks to Julian Peters and his excellent customer service. I should note that Apple online and the Apple Store in Einkaufscenter Breuningerland Sindelfingen was zero help to me. I walked in to the Apple store and they wouldn’t even see me or let me make an appointment. Not only was Julian extremely helpful, his depth of knowledge in Windows, Apple, and other systems (Kodi, Raspberry Pi, cellular phones) is first-rate. I walked out of there with a fixed MacBook and several ideas to upgrade my MacBook, Windows Computer, and installing a multimedia center at my house, thanks to Julian Peters! If I had to give Julian and Euronics/Elasser a grade, I would give them an A!!

Ich bestellte ein neues Iphone 12 mit Hülle und Panzerglas und konnte es 2 Stunden später direkt abholen. Alles war wie telefonisch besprochen. Vielen Dank für diesen super Service.
