Please, don’t use this shop for you and other people. I bought simcard here for 40Euro and it was not working so I went again he said that it will work from tomorrow but it didn’t work. I went again and he agreed simcard has problem. Even he agreed that he didn’t gave my money back. Just declined cash back and gave me one paper and said you can use this paper all shop in germany. but after moving to other city. I tried to use this paper but I heard that this paper is not available in other shop so I sent e-mail and called to shop to explain this situation but they just don’t answer and ignored. Please check others reviews also. The best terrible shop in my life

Sehr schlechte Kundenberatung. Mir wurde im September versprochen, dass das Unitymedia Paket mit der dazugehörigen Vergünstigung mit meinem Vodafone Vertrag verrechnet wird. Ich habe im September meine Daten eingeschickt mit der Versicherung, dass das verbucht wurde. 9 Monate später musste ich herausfinden, dass das nie gemacht wurde und ich die letzten 9 Monate 90 zu viel gezahlt habe. Qualität sind anders aus!
