I got cheated by a posed photomontage! In reality, it is a terrible huge building side, extreme dirt and noise. Please look at picture. First and last time, I booked vacation there! Sorry for Eckernfoerde, this city is very nice and the people are very kind and cosmopolitan, but the only big building site in town is this object. No recreational luxus, but pure horror! Better to book a suite in Kampen of Sylt and drive or fly to Eckernfoerde a day. By the way: my car got demolished there, because the streets around that \tvacation rental are similar to a war zone, without offroad jeep don't drive there. The port area is not for limousines or flat sport cars. About 3 streets distant, you can drive.
