I suspect they have escaped with all the money they already got. No phone calls answered, no emails or msg replied. And I'm only halfway during my treatment! Can anyone advise how to file a lawsuit with this company?

Customer service is beyond lousy! Received 3,5 Aligners in the first box, was assured that I will get the next sets in due time, did. all the required diligence (sending update fotos ahead of time etc...) and now I’m stuck with broken aligners since I’ve been wearing them for 6 weeks. Was contacting service team in every possible way and they didn’t even bother to reply. Then after a full week they tell me new Aligners are currently produced, after another week I was asking when they will be shipped and now they tell me they are still waiting for an experts opinion. Absolutely lousy. The whole progress so far will probably be useless and I’ll have to start all over again. Do yourself a favor and use another dental service.

I am on the verge of completing my treatment I started about 6 months ago. I initially had some doubts which were all clarified to my satisfaction by Dr.Sherrif and his entire team and was subsequently shown a 3D simulation of how the treatment would go.It turned out precisely to be what I was shown before the treatment .The team is friendly,responsive,professional and their price in my estimation was fair.I give thumbs up to Dr. Sheriff and the entire team.You are awesome!I readily recommend Smile Me Up to anyone seeking teeth correction treatment.
