today i bought a gaming chair from K&M, sharkoon sgs4... great chair, very friendly staff, i got the chair delivered to my apartment after 2 hours because it was close to the shop, i assembled it and it is as expected. looking forward to see how well it will serve. thank you

They have BROKEN DOWN my computer and HAVEN'T TOLD me about it, but just explained it was all my fault. Don't risk and better go to another service! (As the staff who works there is unprofessional and incompetent.) To explain more detailed: I shed water on my laptop and brought it to this service, there I was told it would be repaired in 3-4 days. But when I came to take my laptop back, staff members explained that damages from water (!) on the motherboard were too serious so it didn't work and all I could do was to buy the new detail (it would cost 400-500 as they said). BUT: the truth is that when they opened my laptop they damaged the multi-wire planar cable, then they tried to repair it but did this so careless, so it didn't help. Nevertheless, I had to pay 60 for drying my computer from water, although the damages now are more complicated and I have to repair it one more time.

Telling customer to pay in advance without knowing what to do or how to solve computer problem. It's quite simple that they can just check my harddrive that I brought there. Instead, they want me to take the whole tower for them. I left for another store and they could just solve the problem by checking what happened inside of my harddrive.
