I had concerns for a spot that looked like a textbook case for melanoma - as in CANCER, and I expressed this to the young woman who saw me. I included the fact that it bleeds randomly, and recently another spot popped up next to it. WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING at either spot she hurried me out the door, saying that if it bleeds again just come in. Then said if I wanted to have it removed then I'd have to pay for the whole thing (I pay my taxes and am part of the social health system). No tests, not even an examination. Don't go here if you want to live. Unacceptable.

Very bad! Right after my husband left the room (he was also very unsatisfied). I went in for with skin problem the doctor dosent even looked at my skin and recommended me creams by looking from far away and I was out too in less than 3 min. 1 Star is also too much. Not recommended at all

Very unsatisfactory! I went today for dandruff issue. The Doctor seems to dosent care. She just recommended me a shampoo and I was out in less than 3 minutes. I was asking her should I use oil, which shampoo I am using, etc etc she didnt even care to ask. she didnt even tell me how many times do i have to use the shampoo she recommended.

Nette Arzthelferin und sehr netter kompetenter Arzt. Sehr gründlich . Hat mir sofort eine Salbe mitgegeben. Manche Bewertungen kann ich hier nicht nachvollziehen unter anderem schon unverschämt. Ich kann diese Praxis nur empfehlen.

Die neue Praxis ist unmöglich. Termin wird kurz vorher per SMS ohne Angabe von Gründen storniert. Nächster freier Termin jetzt erst wieder in einigen Wochen. Zudem telefonisch nicht zu erreichen, es geht einfach nie jemand ans Telefon, egal wann man anruft.

Terminvergabe telefonisch war kein Problem und die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich.(Man kann wenn man will auch online einen Termin machen) Am Termintag bin ich freundlich empfangen wurden und hatte keine Wartezeit! Die Behandlung selber u.A. Muttermaluntersuchung war gewissenhaft und gründlich. Bei Rückfragen meinerseits bin ich sehr gut informiert wurden. Weiter so!

War heute das erste mal on der Praxis, sehr schön. Die Damen an der Anmeldung waren sehr freundlich, nach Aufnahme meiner Daten wurde ich schon von Fr. Doktor aufgerufen diese war sehr freundlich, kompetent und hat mir alles super erklärt. Diese Praxis incl. Personal kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr netter und ausgesucht höflicher Arzt. Er hat sich für das Hautkrebsscreening Zeit genommen, war ausgesprochen gründlich und hat alles freundlich erklärt. Ich habe online einen Termin vereinbart, das ging völlig reibungslos und auch sehr schnell. Die Wartezeit in der Praxis betrug 0 Minuten -ich bin sofort drangekommen. Perfekt organisiert. Ich gebe zu, ich war zunächst enttäuscht, dass Schmiedebergs nicht mehr die Praxis führen aber Herr Georgas ist eine prima Alternative!
