Well engineered while simultaneously showing a considerable aim to conserve natural resources. Conveniently located and just as conveniently accessible in an area that was in a dire need of such facilities. However, this particular installation allows only one function, not number two, but while it may only serve one purpose, it serves it extremely well. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to address the somewhat lack of discretion provided for those utilizing the available services.
