Excellent service and experience from the very first interaction. The owner helped us put together our ideal bed for suitable price. The service was really good and flexible. They for instance hold your bed in case you have no precise delivery date yet, and provide you with another bed in case you need somewhere to sleep in the meantime. The delivery time was very flexible and punctual. And the bed itself is of the highest quality, of course. I have told to my husband that I have never slept on such bed in my life, even in hotels. We will be having sweet dreams indeed!:) Thank you Betten Deluxe! Highly recommended.

Amazing customer experience! Team was very friendly and flexible, was eager to answer our questions. Process of choosing bed was extremely smooth, they are real experts. Also bed delivery went smooth and was on time. We bought Boxspring Bed which was even customized for us to fit in our bedroom. My experience was absolutely flawless: General speaking, what they offer is not a specific brand or a specific bed, but ‘good sleep’. They are super customer oriented and very competent. Furthermore, I had special requirement (adjustments had to be done) and they fulfilled everything perfectly. The whole process was very smooth and really effortless from a customer point of view. They answered every question I asked and were very friendly and reliable in the whole process too. I love my new Boxspringbett ‘Boxspringbett Alpine Deluxe’ (160x200) and think very highly of the company and the team! I compared the stores in Düsseldorf and Essen and found, that I got the very best result from ‘Betten Deluxe’. The good ratings and reviews I saw online can be confirmed from my side.
