There are a few helpful people but most are angry and short tempted, 1, drive into a bay stay in your truck for a pre check. 2, go up the stairs on the right of the building with you reference and I.d, (passport/license) 3, go to window 1 and get paperwork. 4, go to window 2 with paperwork and they will tell you where to go from there. 5, good luck and keep smiling through it.

Too much waiting.
The terminal itself is very nice. An interesting fact is that after entering the office on the left side are working very nice and helpful people who speak English very well. On the right, no. And apparently one terminal. Another problem is the blocking of the route near Kranem between 9 and 15PM. You can then lose about 2 hours. In general, the terminal is a big plus!
Fast and easy to get.. Who knows understand..
Ask where to drop trailer if first time there :)
