This is the best dentist office I have been to since I have moved to Germany. The assistants are friendly, and professional, but also sensitive, and caring. I have been there for a year now, and have only had good experiences. I initially went here for a second opinion on two teeth with ongoing infections. Two other dentists wanted to pull them without trying to save them (one of whom ended my appointment abruptly when I was nervous as she wanted to pull the tooth then and there). When I went here I felt listened to, and they agreed with me that it is always better to try and save a tooth instead of pulling. They were able to perform precise and expert dental work, and after about a year the roots have shown healing progress. Additionally, I had several fillings, that had been recently done at the time that were already leaking/weren't properly handled. This had caused many cavities under the fillings. This was a reoccurring problem for me (the dentist here was even shocked by the poor quality of work that had been done). They also took care of this, and for the first year in many years I didn't have to have a filling replaced after a recent check up. Additionally, I had my teeth professionally cleaned here for the first time by them this year. The dental hygienist did extremely good work, without much discomfort. Due to my past experiences, I am always nervous about going to the dentist. I can safely say that I won't have a problem in the future making appointments with them. The quality of work, and excellent personal treatment has helped me get over my fears.
