Run away from this seller. I bought guitar here, it came damaged due to the poor packaging. When I sent them guitar back, manager from Zoundhouse promissed to cover my expences. Since I had sent guitar back company manager Roman Rabolt comletely dissapered, ignoring all my emails and messages. Absolutely dishonest behaviour from seller. Dont buy anything here.

These guys are awesome! I bought Ibanez FMH315OPS, perhaps last piece in Europe (they are no longer produced). Everything from communication, order and shipping was very smooth. Guitar and other equipment arrived in 3 days and in a great condition - guitar was clean and polished, with a new strings on and after long journey the guitar was still tuned in E standard. I am very appreciate friendly personal attitude and direct communication via Facebook. Big thank you belongs especialy to Sascha, who was my guide during the whole process.

Stay Clear of these guys. They Charge 320 For shipping sent by Sea Not Air ask several times before I purchased never replied until I made a stink.. This was a gift, now I have to wait a month to get it and another month to get my money back... POOR SERVICE

Bad experience unfortunately. I had a question on a guitar they offered on Ebay. After 3 days of no reply I contacted them via their own website and saw that the same guitar on their website was even a bit cheaper, no problem. But than they offered me the same guitar via email 55 euros more expensive (on a price of 770). I replied surprised but than they blamed me that the price on the website was higher. I checked this and found that they changed the price 5 minutes before they sended me their quote. They did this on their website and on the Ebay auction. They treated me as I was foolish, no apologies or other proposals, very unfair and very unprofessional.

The guy in the store said one price first day and the day after when I came back to buy the guitar, there was a higher price. The guy asked the manager to lower the price (only 26) but they didn’t lower the price even 1. I don’t care about 26 but if you say one price, then that should stand. At least if you want to have a good resume and customers.
