I would like to say thank you to the staff at Copyland Bischofsweg. I was walking around at 1950hrs looking to purchase a pen and went in here to try my luck and although they do not sell pens, the male staff without thinking twice, gave me one. It really saved me a lot of time and trouble having to walk all over Neustadt Dresden as I am a tourist and do not know the area well. Although i did not manage to get his name, staff like him are an asset to the company.. Once again, thank you very much!

Good prices but bad service!
Ich habe oft im Copyland gedruckt und war eigentlich immer zufrieden. Aus diesem Grund wollte ich wieder hier drucken, sowohl ich eine Anfahrt von 20 Minuten habe. Am Eingang angekommen, wurde ich von dem Schild überrascht, dass die Daten bitte per Mail zu schicken seien. Bisher funktionierte die Datenübertragung immer per Stick. Auf Nachfrage, ob sie das bitte trotzdem machen könnten, gab es kein Entgegenkommen. Ich dachte eigentlich, dass alle Geschäfte trotz Corona die Servicequalität für Kunden aufrecht zu halten. Schade denn ich war jetzt das letzte Mal im Copyland,ein anderer Copyshop war bei der Entgegennahme des Sticks sehr kooperativ und es hat alles problemlos geklappt.
