The doctor is good and the people are courteous. The time management is what let's things down. They have a notice on the waiting room which reads that patients may be called in an order different from the order of arrival. This order is based on administrative ease. I reached the place at 7:30AM to ensure that I could be done quickly and I was kept waiting till 1:00 to be done with the diagnosis. I can understand that the practice has its own right to decide on who gets treated cost but a little bit of humanity never hurt anyone. I reached here before I had breakfast and I guess lunch time is long gone as well.

Never helped whatever he suggested/prescribed. Long waiting time. Unnecessary x-rays. Cold/annoyed personnel.
Very rude! I've been two times now by this doctor. I had to wait for 3-4 hours or more and when he finally accepted me and checked my leg, he speaked so fast that I didn't understand anything at all! And he didn't even cared to slow down and explain it better and left. The staff lady was awful and rude, probably never smiled in her entire life. Its just very bad, I don't recommend it!
Ich hatte heute Vormittag in der Praxis angerufen,das ich starke Schmerzen im Rücken hatte, dann wurde mir am Telefon mitgeteilt das ich um 14 Uhr 30 zur offenen Sprechstunde kommen soll. Was ich getan habe, als ich da an gekommen bin standen die Leute in einer langen Schlange im Hausflur,als ich dann endlich an der rheie war wurde ich wieder weg geschickt ,ob wohl mir gesagt wurde ich können kommen ich versteh absolut nicht gerade in Zeiten von Corona wieso die Praxis nicht direkt Termine vereinbart und man sich nicht um sonst den Weg dahin macht finde es total schlecht organisiert und überfüllt
Sehr kompetent und wahnsinnig freundlich. Wartezeiten gibt es natürlich aber ich denke mal das ist normal in einer Großstadt! Sehr zu empfehlen.
