At the office of Dr. Bahr - Orthopädiezentrum am Potsdamer Platz - I saw her colleague Henning Tautz. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and need frequent orthopedic care for dislocations and tears. Like most people with EDS, I have severe medically-related PTSD and seeking care is always a triggering event. Having a verbal disability that has affected my ability to speak German has made it even worse. I was able to call in and make an urgent appointment in English. The receptionist Isabell was exceedingly pleasant and her cheerful attitude put me at ease. The nurses and assistants were also cheerful and pleasant. Dr. Henning Tautz was able to immediately diagnose the problem and perform the first-line procedures to treat it. He was gentle, kind, and did not dismiss my EDS case as most every other orthopedist in Berlin has so far (Germany's only EDS specialist is in Leipzig). I have a followup for this acute issue next month - also easily scheduled with Isabell - and I hope they can take me on as a patient for my chronic needs. Today's experience with Orthopädiezentrum am Potsdamer Platz is by far the best doctor experience I've had in my 3 years here in Berlin. Thank you for taking care of me in such a compassionate way.

Stay away! How can this person be a doctor? Very arrogante and unfriendly, in a hurry, not interested about the patient's problem. You work with humans life, come on! Doesn't deserve even a star, but we are obliged to give one.

The doctor speaks English and solved my problem with the right physiotherapy. Not 5 stars because the staff is not very friendly and doesn't speak any English.

Long waiting times despite an appointment. Reception staff is friendly though

They don't even deserve one star. It is written in the MRT that I have a small baker cyst on my knee, but they said that my MRT is perfect doesn't say nothing to worry. Meanwhile I am still in pain without solution from the doctor. The blonde doctor I was visited (don't remember her name) was unprofessional in the way how she treated my problem, telling me that she doesn't know what I have. And not to forget they leave you wait min 1h before you meet the doctor. Horrible! It's my first time I see this in a clinic in Berlin.
