This place! UNFRIENDLY STAFF, it’s frustrating specially when you start your day positively and happy and then you arrive to register at the praxis reception. They’re MEAN and if you speak broken German they would easily get annoyed by you. The Dr. who owns the place is also not keen to spend a lot time with you. I’m rushed every time I come. They see you as a customer and never as a patient so their lack of empathy is unbelievable. I did not get treated so I had to leave to the hospital. Receptionist couldn’t care less. I REALLY hope I’ve never have to come back to this place. There’s no worse place to start your day. The only good doctor from the Praxis (young one) left as well.

Doctor Grimm ist der Beste Artzt in Berlin. Er sorgt sich um seinen Patienten.und das ganze Team ist auch liebvoll. Danke für deine gute Arbeit !
Bin mehrmals gewesen und von Frau Dr. Frey betreut worden. Sehr kompetent, freundlich und nimmt sich Zeit für dein medizinisches, aber auch dein menschliches Anliegen. Die freundliche rheinische mentaltät macht sich positiv bemerkbar. Top!
