After my purchase then waiting for 3 months, finally I got a refund from them. Almost impossible to reach proper customer service, and rude response regarding their service. I had to approach through Paypal claim as they haven't response at all. Considering professionals and businesses tend to order from same distributors specially in this industry, this is so pathetic how they manage their business, in the end it will be their loss as nobody wouldn't order from them again. I would recommend not to use their service specially if you are international buyer.

Strongly advise NOT to buy from them. Prices are good but it's just not worth it with all the hassle that comes with it. Delivery times are not lived up to and customer service is hard to reach (only email), unresponsive, not helpful, lying and making false promises. My order didn't get shipped for over 2 weeks after ordering and all I got was a reply it will be shipped soon although I send several emails and tried to contact them by other means. I would avoid ordering from them at all costs and rather pay a bit more next time and get decent customer support. Wish I saw their Trustpilot profile before ordering because that paints a totally different picture compared to their Google review score.

I ordered a vaccum cleaner and they sent me the wrong version (a cheaper version : L filter class instead of an M class). After 3 weeks of many emails and calls we are still waiting on a refund of the wrong vaccum cleaner. I demand a refund as soon as possible. Totally unacceptable.
