Huge motorhome dealership in Dortmund, I have never seen so many new or nearly new Hymers together in one place. Fantastic indoor showrooms full of new vehicles and outdoors hundreds of used ones. Also 6 pitches outside where motorhomes can stay, with disposal and electricity. Helpful staff, some with good English.

More great service from Durrwang last week. They had our Hymer for 4 days to fit solar panels, an inverter, habitation check and some warranty work. They allowed us to use and sleep in the van every night at their overnight parking and worked on the van during the day. Despite the work being done you would never know anyone had been in the van at all. Each night everything was left spotless. Very impressed with the quality of the work and how we were looked after. They even found and cured an annoying creaking noise from the front of the van that we had tried to find for a year. Thanks Bjorn, Christine and workshop staff.

I bought a motorhome from Durrwang and Morlein and imported it into the UK in the middle of March 2020, just before the COVID-19 lockdown. Importing is not a problem, and Durrwang sorted the VCA items that needed changing and provided export plates and insurance. Bjorn Wilberg was our English speaking contact, and was most helpful, both during the purchase negotiations, during collection from Germany, and particularly after we got the motorhome back to the UK. He resolved a particularly difficult situation regarding the repayment of German VAT. I found them to be honest and reliable, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in the UK who wants to buy a Hymer Group motorhome.
