I was previously at another school, and I am so happy I decided to use Deutsch Aktiv for level B2. The school is conveniently located in Dortmund (I travel to class from Essen) and very reasonably priced. They have appropriately accomodated for safety and cleanliness so that in-person learning is possible at this time. The teachers do a wonderful job of explaining grammar topics and encourage questions to get a clear understanding. It is easy to stay engaged in the lessons with many opportunities to speak and get helpful feedback. I have really enjoyed my time at Deutsch Aktiv and would highly recommend this school to any one who wants to learn German!!!

I couldn’t recommend this school enough. All the teachers are super friendly and are passionate about the subject. You are able to learn while having fun. All of your classmates are eager to learn and help you out when you need it. When you are at Deutsch Aktiv you will not only feel like you are learning a language but also hanging out with friends.
I am from Pakistan. Here I live in Paderborn but I did my language course from this institute as i found it's one of the best schools I can count on. I recommend this institute for everyone who want to learn German language from basic to advance. Its highly recommended. The teachers are so nice and helpful you can ask them anytime anything you will get your answers.
