Excellent clinic. Upper eyelid surgery was carried out by Dr. Holdenried in February 2020. A top surgeon who I highly recommend. I am really thrilled with the results and also with your kind and competent support throughout the procedure. The effects have improved my quality of life and I want to encourage others with over-hanging eyelids to take the courage and go ahead with this simple, painless and uncomplicated operation - without waiting 15 years as I did!.

paid 140 for a dentist to tell me based on a x-ray that the pus coming from behind my gum was due to poor hygiene and recommended professional cleaning. Called another doctor who told me to come in immediately, took more x-rays and pulled out my tooth which had an 8 mm crack on the root, with bacterial infection inside. Luckily I got saved in time and didn't go septic. No thanks to Dorow clinic. I was too upset to go back and demand a refund. Reply to 'Response from the owner below': Thank you for your reply. The doctor at your clinic is the one who should have either recommend or carry out the additional x-rays himself. It was completely my own decision to call on another doctor for second opinion, because I knew 'bad hygiene' is not to blame. It was lazy work and a money-grab which could easily turn very dangerous for me if I followed his advice and didn't seek further opinion/treatment. I understand that my experience is with one single member of your clinic, but it is my only experience there, and hence this is what my review is based upon.
I have had only very good experiences at this dentist. My, wife, my daughter and I are going regularly for check ups and cleaning to this excellent place. The clinic is laid out beautifully, with comfortable waiting rooms and up to date equipment. The staff are very very friendly and kind. Also in emergencies they tend to respond quickly and I was able to book an appointment on the spot because of a sudden toothache. We will surely always come back to this wonderful clinic. I would like to ad a little something to this review, I have been treated for a very bad toothache the last few days. My dentist at the Dorow Clinic was Dr. Erwin Gross. He is absolutely fabulous and deserves the highest praise for the way he deals with his patients. He explained every single step of the complicated procedure that was ahead and made me feel very much at ease with his great expertise and sense of humour. A fabulous dentist at a fabulous clinic! Thank you very much!

Customer since years at that clinic, I have always been well served... until today :-( Barely have faced such an unfriendly customer service. I was just willing to make an appointment for my son but it looks like they have a business running too well and are not looking for customers anymore I will find another place...
