Reception was rude, doctor absolutely didn't take time to take care of a problem, made me feel uncomfortable and almost ridiculous for speaking about it, and just gave a cortisone cream to get rid of me, which was absolutely inappropriate solution in my case. Afterwards he told me to book another appointment, which turned out to be impossible both on the reception and online. Receptionist just told me to \keep checking every day\ and sent me away. Well, very helpful, thanks.
The doctors are ok but worst costumer service ever. For a “bilingual “ practice, the treatment is hideous. I called speaking Deutsch and they switched me with no previous information, laughing to English information. Fair. But the laughing continued... very unprofessional. After this a person screamed at me because I was not a private patient. He continued screaming at me and then transferred me again to the English department. I am very sorry Dr. Obermeier. You were great to me but your staff is ridiculously rude and impolite. Will never go again or recommend it.
The receptionist is rude, would not smile and she wouldn’t answer when I asked a simple and understandable question in english. She would stare at me and wait until I asked the same question in German. The praxis is great but this kind of people should change job if they are not able to make patients feel comfortable! I give it 4 starts only because the doctor is the best. He is vey polite, helpful, and speaks perfect english.
