From the online store I ordered a part which took over three months before they said they couldn't get it. They get two stars because they kept in contact and refunded quickly once they couldn't deliver. However they promised delivery many times before admitting they could not get the part. If they had been honest then it would not have been an issue. Hopefully they do better in the future, but don't be afraid to ask for a refund if they start promising deliveries that don't happen. Edit: In response to their comments, I understand that they have no control over Nilfisk. I am unhappy with what your company did have control over. I ordered a part that was listed, by you, as available, ready to ship and with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. It is STILL listed on the website like this as I write this. My expectation was that if the part is unavailable, orderable from the supplier and had a delivery time completely out of your control that someone would tell me earlier than 3 months into the process. At 2-4 weeks I would've been happy if I got an email to say they are trying to get the part, they have no control over the timeframe, no other alternatives, and that if they can't get it they will refund. Then there would be no problems on my end. And please remove the item from your catalog.
