Very unprofessional ! Wanted to order Boxes for our online Shop but we received cheap lookalike and not strong Boxes. Sales people not trained to close a good deal with the customer. We asked to be transfered to a more experience account manager or to speak with the supervisor, but they just didn't care. Very disappointed ! Process of closing the deal way too long ! Lack of variety in the proposed Offer. We kind of expected way other treatment from such a big name like Smurfit Kappa !

Cała wizyta w tej firmie trwała godzinke. Rozładunek od reki, panowie w biurze pomocni. Parking pod firma z ubikacja ale o 21 juz zapchany. Od poniedziałku do czwartku rozladunek od 6-21 a w piatek od 6-12. Rozladunek papieru wjazd 1 brama w prawo jedziemy do konca w lewo stajemy na wyznaczonych miejscach LKW i idziemy z papierami do magazyniera.
Для LKW,є паркинг залишитись на ніч душ туалет,розвантажують швидко.
