My train had been cancelled from Zürich to Frankfurt and I had a question about the alternative. I called this center and after 15 minutes waiting, the client could not speak English!! She held me again for 20 minutes and no response at the end. Not only the call service is awful, I believe DB dies not have the quality of having international train at all !! Such a shame!
Very friendly and helpful staff... Many machines to chose and book your trip... Good service!!!
Poor service for a lot of money. Train to Munich was canceled and no further information.
