Called the dealership to ask if the e-stations are also accessible for the public to charge their cars once their store is closed (evening/weekends). They confirmed. A week later they blocked the access.

Price for a car diagnostic assessed of around 100 brutto. Price invoiced of 156 brutto. After requesting clarifications, i was told by the technician this was «around» 100. 56% difference is «around». Person at the cash desk apologizes for the situation with technician (M.St) but i have to pay 156 instead of 100. They found also a front light was not working, of course, they did not change it. Very disappointed, last time it was a difference between brutto and netto and this time i made sure to clarify it was brutto. I would need to repair or change my car, for both cases, i won't do it here. Trust is lost and it is not the first time.

Auf Empfehlung habe ich gestern meinen Golf 7 zur fälligen Inspektion in dieses Autohaus gebracht, nachdem ich in Mainz leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen machte und das Vertrauen stark beeinträchtigt ist. Es war meine erste Inspektion dort und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das Öl (original verpackt) dürfte selbst mitgebracht werden. Diesem Wunsch wurde offen und freundlich begegnet. Auch die anschließende Rechnung wies keine fragwürdigen Posten auf. Danke, gerne wieder!
