This post office is over charging people. They were over charging me for half a year until someone brought to my attention that my large letter should not cost how much I was paying for it. They refused to send my international letter for the price that the DHL website states and insisted on charging me 16 despite that it was a large letter. Today they over charged me again after I looked at my receipt for a large letter that should have been 1.55, but was 1.90 and marked as \labelfreimachung\.

Worst service ever. I sent a package 2 months and a half ago and apparently is lost. When I tried to tracked it down, they told me that they can't do anything because since the beginning they never uploaded to the system, and they won't take responsibility for their mistake and my goods. I sent it with them because I thought it was a serious company, now I know it is run by a incompetent staff. If I could, I would give 0 stars. Avoid this place as much as you can and save a really bad time.

Bei inzwischen drei (!) Retouren kamen die Pakte mit fehlenden Artikeln beim Händler zurück an. Der neuste Hammer: ich konnte aus Krankheitsgründen ein Paket nicht abholen, das wurde dann nochmal zu mir nach Hause geschickt, neu verpackt und es hat ein Kleid im Wert von fast 70 gefehlt! Ich meide inzwischen leider die Postfiliale, da das ganze Drama danach einfach zu viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt!! Bei anderen Postfilialen / Abholstellen hatte ich noch nie ein Problem, komisch!

Inkompetent, uneinsichtig und keinerlei Selbstreflexion. Sobald es ein Problem gibt, verweisen die Mitarbeiter immer auf andere Stellen und sind überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Stellt man zu viele Nachfragen, wird latent aggressiv geantwortet und irgendwann wird man ignoriert. Schade, dass man auf so einen miesen Service angewiesen ist, wenn Pakete automatisch an diesen Shop weitergeleitet werden und es der einzige im nahen Umfeld ist.
