My first contact with adesta started around march 2019, when I had a job interview. The first job offered did not match my expectations so I refused. Around june 2019 I received a call with a new job proposal. I took the job and it was a really good decision. The contract was limited over a 6 month period, but after two months the company has provided me a full time job. I could say the uncertainty of a 6 months contract really payed off. Working for adesta was a pleasure, challenging/motivating, fun and a priceless step in me developing my skills and expertise. Through adesta I learned what I could see myself doing in the future as an online operations research analyst, i.e. Digital Stratgist. Management was very accessible and open to new ideas so long as those ideas come with empirical data, plans and forecast. Change is possible but one has to be prepared to implement the change with long-lasting positive consequences. My coworkers at adesta were wonderful and more than helpful. There exists more often than not a family feel, i.e. internal unity but also conflicts, which are always resolved because the goal/purpose as a small-medium sized company is the same. I can only recommend adesta as a quality and caring employer. If you are ambitious and respectful, not afraid of responsibilities but also ready to advance your career; then adesta may be the place for you. I worked at adesta for three years while located in Germany. Moving back to the US was the reason why I stopped working for the company. I wish adesta all the best in the future and plan on keeping contact with the management and my coworkers.
