If you're in Germany or maybe Europe perhaps it's ok, but if you're ordering from farther away, beware. I placed an order a month ago, shipped by DHL, my parcel is supposed to have left Germany 12 days ago, but still no news. My local DHL has no clue and says the parcel appears in their system to be in a transit area in Germany. World of Heli stands by the feedback of DHL Germany that the parcel has been shipped, so the rest is my problem. My experience with mainstrean US R/C shops has been so so much better, with lightning fast shipping too, which deserves praises in Covid times. World of Heli is a big letdown.

Mixed experiences. Orders many times a year, good availability and most of the time quick response. But in cases you order temporary out of stock items (already reordered/im Zulauf) you do not get any prediction on when you can get your already payed for stuff. Sometimes waited for months. So, before you order any "im Zulauf" item, ask for estimated delivery time!

Lieferzeit knapp 2 Monate, aber Hauptsache das Geld ging per Paypal so schnell wie möglich raus. Von selber meldeten die sich nicht, wenn es Probleme gab. Erst durch Nachfragen erfuhr man z.b. das es gar nicht auf Lager war (war beim bestellen als Verfügbar angezeigt). Aber das war nur ein Beispiel, warum das ganze so lange gedauert hat. Verbesserungsvorschlag: sich bei den Kunden von selbst mal melden, wenn es Probleme mit der Lieferung gibt.
