Bought my wedding dress here, the first one I tried! Loved it! So beautiful. The dresses are pricey, but definitely unique looking. The tailor Svea is so nice and makes you feel very welcoming. Definitely the place to go for a special occasion dress.

I visited recently the store. wow. I am so sorry i have to write a bad review about it, but I should. The girl/lady that was working there, she was unfriendly and arrogant. First bad impression. She was not helpful at all, she was just showing where the dresses were and nothing more. The dresses, wow, too too expensive for the quality and the models very very old fashion. I believe that it is overpriced. When i asked if there were any dresses less than 600 euros the saleswoman made this ironic face. That is something which reveals the quality of the service but much more the arrogance of a person. The exposition of the dresses does not compliment them, it makes them look much cheaper in quality of what they might actually be. On the other hand, i do not get how can a person work in such an expensive store and not take care of his/her appearance. Really, no make up, just a pair of jeans and a black shirt. How can you sell a dress of at least 500 euros and have this appearance? I am sorry to write such a review, but this is my point of view. Of course i left the store. My advice, honest device would be: Please spend some time and creativity in this store if you really want to have customers enjoy it and want to come back there. It is a pitty not to. Have a nice day!

I had a lovely welcome and nice staff to help me find the perfect dress, which I eventually did. I loved how they offered the matching accessories right away. If you don’t know what you’re looking for exactly this is the perfect spot to figure that out. Amazing experience with an happy end

They charged about 40 euro just to try the dresses. I was treated fair but think it’s really not necessary to pay for trying a few dresses while it’s all free at all other place that I’ve been to in Berlin, no matter high end or cheap places.

Ready to spend at least 1000 on an evening gown not even a wedding dress. In exactly 2 minutes one of the service ladies there made me change my mind. I went about looking at the dresses by myself and she only bothered herself to let me know i can’t take pictures (which i needed to in order for my sister to help me make a decision), but anyway. Disgusted and as a professional working in the hospitality industry I would not recommend people to go there. I do recommend the owner of the place to fire their current staff, get new ones and train them properly
