The place is generally okay for a short-term stay. The 3-bed apartment consists of a living area with a little kitchen (stove, microwave, and sink, no oven, incl. dishes) as well as a dining table and seating area with a small sofa, bathroom (incl. bathtub) and a bedroom with a king size bed (bed with two mattresses). It also has a small balcony. If you plan on being around for a while there are some downsides: The small sofa apparently is supposed to be the 3rd bed. For an adult the sofa is too short and would be very uncomfortable to sleep on for more than one night. If you sleep with open windows, make sure you bring ear plugs, since there is constant traffic on the street behind the building, even during the night. Also, the Internet connection (WIFI) is a struggle. The login process is annoying, especially if you have more than one device. The internet is slow and unstable at times. There is no washing machine in the apartment or directly accessible for the renters. Washing and drying is offered as a service, but I think it is overprized (16 EUR per wash, incl. drying). The employees are supportive and helped out with the requests we had in a timely fashion, so that is a bonus.

Gerne habe ich hier für einige Wochen gelebt, gegessen und geschlafen. Es ist ein modernes Gebäude. Mein Zimmer war nicht nur großzügig in der Fläche, sondern hatte einen Balkon mit Aussicht, eine kleine Küchenzeile und ein Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Ich gehe nun, aus beruflichen Gründen, mit einer Träne im Auge.
Hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, perfekte Ausgangslage um Stuttgart oder Nürnberg zu erkunden. Danke nochmal!

TOP Lage und sehr schöne Zimmer. Vollausstattung und ein Raucherbalkon ist auch noch mit dabei. Nur zu empfehlen.
