Far away the cheapest in Frankfurt. A few people in front of me, process really fast. I chose a rapid test. Samples were taken in the throat and the nose. Would definitely recommend it.

PCR test took 40 hours, you know well we do these tests to travel and we only have a 48/72 hour window before the flight. (including 12 hours per day that the test center is closed). Process should be optimized and more information about current status given online.

AVOID IN ANY CASE!!! Very unprofessional on such sensitive topic, my result sent to me "UNCLEAR" as below other reviews . I've been there for RT/PCR on Sunday morning around 10:00 hrs, they promised the result to be sent via email within 24-36 hours, mine came after 42 hours,with multiple email correspondence which of course wasn't helpful anyways, the reasoning provided on email was that "we promise only 98% of the time results to be sent within 24-36 hrs" . There phone is set to automatic reply, so forget about reaching them via phone call. Even after 42 hours, the test result sent to me was unclear, which means I need to do another test and wait for another 36 hours with uncertainty that if this time they would be able to get the proper result or not. They are just fooling people.

Wichtige Info Zeitdauer/Important info about duration. I did my test at 08.00 am on Thursday hoping that I’ll get my results 24-36 hours later (Friday 08.00 am or 20.00). Without any results at 19.30 on Friday I went back to the test center where I found out that they only send the samples ONCE a day to the lab, at the END of the day. And from that moment on the 24-36h clock starts to count. And of course in the results the time when you took the test is the one written there. I wish I knew this important information beforehand so I could plan my test accordingly. This info is not in the FAQ. Luckily I got my results on time for my trip. Hope this helps.

My test result was unclear. I had to wait 17hours after receiving the “unclear” result to finally have the negative result (total waiting time: 46 hours). They should definetely take into consideration all this emergency situation and try to face them by offering PCR express as other facilities do. They actually offered me an antigienic test for free after unclear result (but this is not valid for travelling). I will not definitely go back to this Test Center. NOT RECOMMENDED

Katastrophe , es dauert sehr lange , man kann nicht die Probe Verlogen ob tatsächlich im Labor gelandet ist ! Service Mitarbeiter können keine Auskünfte geben. Auf meine Mails wurden Standard Text verschickt. sogar 1 Stern ist zu viel . Bitte überleg euch ob ihr tatsächlich für den Test einsparen wollt. Nie wieder.

Testergebnis zu spät, auch nach 48h keine Bestätigung. Obwohl 24-36 garantiert werden. Service Hotline ist nicht erreichbar. Wer sicher gehen will, macht den Test bei Centogene im MyZeil bzw. Flughafen. Meine Freunde haben Mittags getestet und noch am Abend das Testergebnis erhalten.

AUF KEINEN FALL DORT EINEN TEST MACHEN!!!——- FLUG VERPASST! ——- Nach 50 STUNDEN immer noch kein PCR Testergebnis. Auf Telefonanrufe und E-Mails wird nicht reagiert. Erst nach 50h automatisierte Email, dass kein Termin bekanntgegeben werden kann.
