I went there yesterday, got tested for PCR. Surprisingly got my results 24 hours after. Good job

Really fast, it took me only some minutes to get tested. Nice personal, at the entrance the guy was helping me to do the registration.

Do not rely on this PCR test station if you are travelling. Late results, as many of the others have noted. They say “If you are in urgent need of the result, please take a test at another station with a fast PCR offering at your own cost. We apologize for the inconvenience.” — thanks, that’s 200 extra.

DO NOT GO HERE OR ANY OTHER LOCATION. They will tell you that there is a 2% chance you'll get it after 48 hours (which was 36 hours when we took the test), yet 54 hours after I took my test there are no less than 15 people waiting on my flight alone for their test results from this horrible, horrible, horrible company. If you want to get on your flight do not use this incompetent business which is arguably an outright scam. If you're reading this and still have a chance to get the 24 hour test from Centogene (a legit company which is at the airport) then take the loss and get that test, otherwise you'll probably be with the likely thousands of other people losing hundreds of euros on missed flights and lost accommodations. I paid with PayPal so I will be reporting this company as a scam to hopefully make up some of the loss and I encourage anyone else that has had issues to do the same.

They don’t deserve even one star, the service is horrible. I didn’t get results after 24-36 hours as their website is promising. So I wrote an email to them and the answer was that in 2% of cases this happens and I should rebook my flight if I have one. Surprisingly my friend who did the test the same day also appeared in those 2%. After 50 hours I sent them another email with complaints and the request to get my money back if there is no result by the end of the day and almost at midnight I got a response that my test was inconclusive! But the date on the report was the next day after I did the test. So basically they had my results in 24 hours and just didn’t send them to me. This is outrageous.

Awful experience, I am at 50 hours and counting and still no results for tests I needed many hours ago. When I booked my test it said 98% are returned in 24-36 hours. After taking my test they have now changed this to 24-48 hours which is too long for me, and regardless, still no test result. Pay slightly more and use the one at the airport that has a 24 hour turnaround, rather than this ambigious timeframe they change on a whim. Rest assured you will all be in the 2%.

Dont go there. The queue is longer than at Berghain. Testzentrum Ost is just 10min further away by bike and it took me 5min with check in and testing ...

Sadly we are still waiting for our PCR results more than 48 hrs (We did the test on Friday) and we are unable to board our flight. We should have read the reviews here first, what a sad way to ruin our break.
