Very happy with my experience at this Praxis! Reception was very welcoming and I did't wait at all. Had my appointment in the scheduled time. Dr. Nina Haase is an amazing doctor, took her time to explain to me everything and made sure I understood everything. Both receptionists and doctor spoke English. Definitely would recommend! :)

My experience was really really good today. Even though there were a lot of people in the waiting room and both administration and doctors were stressed - everyone was polite (especially girl with nose piercing at the reception). I could see that some people were waiting even after I left, but I had an appointment and I don’t know if they did I had appointment at 11:50. I came at 11:25, didn’t even manage to finish filling in the forms, and I was called at 11:52! :) My doc was professional, she spoke English well Many thanks to a German insurance system that I have an access to doctors like her.

Eine sehr gute Arzt - Praxis. Ich habe telefonisch einen Termin vereinbart der genau auf mein Wunschdatum gepasst hat. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service am Telefon & Empfang! Die Behandlung beim Arzt war professionell und alle meine Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
