Oooohhhh! This Christkindlmarket is fantastic. It's large and in the historic part of town. There's a carousel and all the traditional wooden huts with delicious holiday foods and handcrafted ornaments and gifts. Try to the champignons -- mushrooms sauteed in garlic and cream sauce. Try the potato pancakes. And, try all the sausages and beers.

This was probably the cutest Christmas market I've been to. Frankfurt creates the perfect backdrop, and it's just a short train ride away from the airport! I took a walk over the bridge afterwards and admired the city views. Definitely recommend!
