We had problems with our order last night and the staff was very rude. However today the manager took the time to call us and resolve the issue and ensured that she had disciplined the staff and offered us a free voucher to apolagise. She was very genuine and couldn't be more sorry for our experience. So because of the correction i can say that i can give the manager respect and would say that this is a restaurant that does care about customer satisfaction!
