Worst experience at the check in: my friend had to buy a new ticket just because ONE LETTER was wrong in her first name (mistake when booking the flight). She had to pay 179 Euros for a ticket which is normally worth 50-80 Euros. That would have been still understandable if not for the totally unfriendly employees who did the check in: they made us buy a new ticket but at the same time they didn't have any exchange to give you back, nor could you pay with the card. I had to run around just to find the exact 179 Euros cash, otherwise my friend couldn't fly home that day. Also they made me hurry because they wanted to ''close the check in'', even tho 30 min latter they were still doing the check in for the flight. I normally never give bad reviews about such experiences, but this is such a big exception. The name mistake I could still understand, but the way the employees made us feel while buying the new ticket was unexplainable. I have never experienced such a bad service from any company ever. Shame on such people who can't be understanding and shame on such company for offering the worst customer service ever. 1 Star is still too much to give.

My family and I are flying FR3018 today on the 26th of April 2019, It was a horrible the check in the service, the security, the ground staff before boarding the plane. The plane was delayed and even the pilot mentioned that the air traffic controller working in this airport are not well trained. What a shame, didn't expect this from a first world airport.
