When you buy, the service is perfect, good view of availability of the product and the DHL delivery is fast. BUT - When you return a product, or try to return - you do not reach the customer service, the instructions are poor and you probably need to pay the full postage, in the contrary to some online shops that offer free return.

Calevo consistently exceeds my expectations. I live in the USA and there are few affordable places to purchase brands like Eskadron and Pikeur. I recommend their website to my friends because they are affordable, easy to work with, and VERY quick to ship even to the USA! I recently worked with them on a purchase of a Pikeur shadbelly coat that they didn't have in stock and had to order from the manufacturer. I needed the coat in a short time frame and they were able to get it from the manufacturer, and ship it to me very quickly. It arrived in plenty of time and the fit and quality is unmatched.
