I've gotten the same response back to back as the other 1 star review. They aren't currently taking family members, find someone off post, good luck with the language barrier plus lack of tricare acceptance and this office isn't going to provide any referrals to call. I'd be happy with \go to our page and browse what we've taken the time to compile for references since we stay busy trying not to work.\ Cool.
Went in sick hall for tooth ache, ended up getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled. Surgery went great they were really nice safe to say I had a good experience. Went back a few days later because I had a weird taste in my mouth & my right bottom gum was excruciatingly painful. Told them I think I have a dry socket... told me no it was an infection, take antibiotics and comeback in a week. Went back in a week.... IT WAS A DRY SOCKET LIKE I SAID. Treated me for it and had 2 follow ups since. At my last follow up showed up at 15 mins early for my appointment didn’t get seen over an hour later.... because they booked 2 people at the same time & blamed it on sick hall... when the women who was before me said she had an appointment Because we got here at the same time and she complained for now being seen 10 MINS after her appointment time .... ridiculous
Seriously the worst dental clinic ever. Not only will they not be \seeing family members\ or ot seeing kids\ for weeks on end, when you can't get an appointment off base and wait the few weeks to get an appointment, then they can't see you for a cavity because you haven't had an xray. While the staff is nice here, this organization is a complete mess and they waste people's money by sending them off base constantly at a higher price because they never can see you. I'm not sure what they do here, but whatever it is, it won't be for 6 months! Or they will tell you to call back in 3 weeks so they can blow you off again. Sadly, this wasn't just one instance, but multiples times with all 3 of my kids, it's every time I call. Whatever they are doing isn't working, at all.
