They speak English. That's why I went there when my hard drive went kaput. They also have options, with different prices, of course, to repair your computer including warranty. So I am pretty satisfied with it.

Delightful Person working at the store, was quick, helpful and more than is expected from one. Which is rare to find in germany. Plenty of products to choose from aswell. 5/5
Great place. Friendly knowledgable English speaking staff. They accept VAT forms. Large selection of items, but suggest you check their online site before going for certain items. You can order it for pick up there in just a few days. Good prices!
Total rip off!!, guy wants yo charge me 150 for a simple wire that's needs to be replaced or fixed on my laptop screen (screen works fine but due to press against wiring its acting up) . He even said the wire itself costs 80 which I don't belive at all! It's not made out of gold ofcourse, and rest was to cover his service charges. Unbelievable they think customers are oblivious to their tricks UPDATE: I just visited another shop and he fixed it instantly for 40 this goes to show that my hunch was right and ARLT computer is ripping customers off
The shop is well stocked and the staff are competent, but parking is difficult
