Pretty construction on the hill. It is nicer because they still use it as city administration office. The tower was closed maybe due to the covid? Nice view over the Rhein from the terrace.

Beautiful day at Bingen, Germany. 76 degree and a gourgous walk a long the Rhine river. Saw a castle in the middle of town and soaked in the founder of it all on the 1st day of vacation!
This is a public building now, so it's free to visit and explore. The tower is really cool, and offers great views of Bingen and the vineyards of Rude shim across the river. Must see if you're in this Rhine River valley area.
Sweet castle (unfortunately, not open for visitors to go inside), but you get a great view over the city and the river Rhein. To get a better view go up the tower (no entrance fee).
Beautiful castle atop a hill overlooking the Rhine. Free to walk around the grounds but not enter the castle. Beautiful views.
